Return Policy
We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. Because our products are custom printed, returns are generally only accepted in the event of damage, misprints, or incorrect items. Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.
If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customer ordering errors (e.g., wrong card, wrong finish, etc.)
- Minor variations in color or texture due to the printing process
Return Process
- Open a Support Ticket through our Support Center with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions or issue a replacement, depending on the situation.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unless otherwise stated.
- Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your replacement or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled any time before they have shipped, as long as their status is still marked as Pending or Processing. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you need to cancel an order, please open a support ticket with your order number as soon as possible. We typically begin processing within 48 hours, so contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to cancel it before it ships.
If the cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g., if an item is out of stock, flagged for payment issues, or cannot be sourced).
